Where can I purchase a ballerina jewelry/music box?

I am talking about in an actual store (not online). I have already checked the basics like bed bath and beyond and target and can’t find one.

Here are a couple. I wasn’t sure if you wanted them for a younger or older audience. Most of the ballerina ones seem to be targeted towards younger girls. I hope this helps

We got one for my niece a couple of years ago. They’re out there. My suggestions are Kohl’s Sears or Pennys. Good luck.
