What Type of Style does this girl have?

She is 15, and is having problems trying to decide which style she is:

She wears corduroy pants,
blue jeans that are boot cut,
flannel shirts and nice sweaters,
Tee shirts that are a bit dressy (pockets, etc),
skirts that are (at a minimum) knee length.
She wears regular white sneakers (or trainers), ballerina flats or nice boots with a low heel.
Beatles style boots as well.
She curls her hair and pulls it back into a half pony tail or a full one, always with a ribbon or something nice.
She wears pea coats with matching gloves, hats and scarves.
Her makeup is sensible, and jewelry is always small and sensible.
She wears belts to hold up any bit of bagginess in her jeans, but always nice leather ones.

She’s never worn short shorts or mini skirts. Never wears leggings, and never shows any cleavage. She’ll wear skinny pants, but only if they are dressy (not jeans or ripped jeans). She has a strong love of 50′s, 60′s, and 70′s music and icons. So, is there a ‘group’ to classify her style? (Like, some kids are ‘goth’ or ‘preppy.’)
